The Northern Lights Box is a quarterly Alaska food box with a little bit of everything: something to snack on, something to make, something sweet, and something small-batch from our kitchen.
At the center of the box are our 12 oz Magic Molly Mashed Potatoes, made from naturally purple Alaska-grown potatoes. They come together with hot water and bring color, comfort, and real food energy to easy dinners, cabin weekends, camping meals, or a night when cooking from scratch is not happening.
Each box also includes two freeze-dried fruits, Blueberry Custard Ice Cream, and a rotating specialty item. It is made for people who like trying something different, supporting local food, and keeping easy Alaska-made options close by.
