Looking for the perfect dessert for your next BBQ, birthday, or summer get-together? Say hello to our new favorite: Strawberry Cream Pie—with a freeze-dried twist.
It’s creamy, tangy, light, and topped with a flavorful berry crunch that won’t go mushy. 🙌
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
1/2 cup Alaska Food Co. freeze-dried strawberries (lightly crushed)
Optional Toppings:
More crushed strawberries
Chocolate drizzle
Mint leaves
Directions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
Gently stir in most of the freeze-dried strawberries.
Pour mixture into crust, smooth the top.
Sprinkle remaining strawberries on top and refrigerate 2+ hours.
Slice and serve with love.
Freeze-dried strawberries don’t melt into mush—they keep their flavor and texture while absorbing just enough moisture to feel fresh. The result? A pie that’s both creamy and crunchy, and absolutely unforgettable.
This recipe is easy, quick, and packed with real fruit flavor. Try it once and we promise—it’ll be on repeat.
